Steal these scripts to set better boundaries at work in the midst of the holiday busy-ness:

🗓  My team and I would be very happy to work on your project, but we’re unable to start until after New Years.

 👥  I’m happy to do it again for you, this time. How about lending me someone on your staff while I do it? I’ll teach them the process, and then you’ll have the resources in-house.

 📁 I can scale back what I give you and do it by end of the day, or I can complete it and give it to you after Christmas.

 ⏰  I have to leave this meeting at 10:00, but I’ll check in this afternoon after I read the recap.

 📅 I'll be out of office beginning Friday the 23rd, but I'll be happy to review your proposal when I come back on the 28th.
