How we hire
Our hiring process for many roles typically follows these steps:
Fill out an application.
Remote interview with Kristen, Nurturely Work’s Founder.
(Optional, depending on the role) Invitation to participate in a paid work test designed to simulate the tasks you would perform if hired and/or assess key skills necessary for success in the role.
Interview with the full team where you can ask all your questions about working at Nurturely Work.
(Optional, depending on the role) Reference checks.
(Optional, depending on the role) Offer to take on an isolated project to allow both parties to assess the fit.
Offer to fully take on the role.
This process helps ensure we find the best fit for both you and Nurturely Work.
Note: While all roles will be remote (you can choose where you work from), some positions may have a preference for candidates based in Tennessee or at least within the US due to occasional travel to client locations. However, this requirement varies by position, and for some roles, candidates from any location might be suitable.
