Leaders often ask me —

“Is it a good time to work on my company's culture?”

My answer —

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.

So, yeah. It's a good time. 💅

But, here are some events that signal it's an especially good time to take on company culture initiatives:

Scaling / Growing fast. Let's plant that tree now before things get out of hand.
Change in leadership. New leadership can be like a breath of fresh air.
Mergers / Acquisitions. It's time to get serious about creating a united culture.
Launch of new product/market. You've got big plans. You need big support.
