Is it a good time to work on my company’s culture?

Leaders often ask me —

“Is it a good time to work on my company's culture?”

My answer —

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.

So, yeah. It's a good time. 💅

But, here are some events that signal it's an especially good time to take on company culture initiatives:
