Create the kind of culture you’d want your kids to work in.

Leaders, create the kind of culture you’d want your kids to work in.

If the increased loyalty, productivity, profitability, customer service, etc. aren’t reason enough to make you want to improve your company’s culture — do it for the kids.

Like Simon Sinek says, “Every single employee is someone’s son or someone’s daughter. Like a parent, a leader of a company is responsible for their precious lives.”

I love to measure the impact of company culture on key metrics.

But, bigger than all of that is a drive to simply — TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WANT TO BE TREATED.
