It’s time to be more grateful at work. Here’s a simple challenge you can try today:
Grab a piece of paper and a writing utensil. Don’t be tempted to use your phone. The traditional method is best.
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Spend the time listing everything that you’re grateful for at work. Ask yourself:
💥 Who are some people that make my job easier?
💥 Who are some people that make my job more satisfying?
💥 What makes me excited to come to work?
Once you’ve completed your 5 minutes, take a moment to consider the list. No matter what your situation, there is always plenty to appreciate.
