🍋 Give employees attention, not feedback.

🍋 Appreciate the value someone brings, not the hours they spend at work.

🍋 Focus on strengths, not weaknesses.

🍋 Prevent personnel fires, not fight them.

🍋 Spend your energy on high-level work, not on individual contributions.

This probably sounds like simple, quippy advice. And…it sort of is.
