The Role
Working closely with clients and internal teams, the company culture consultant will:
Develop and execute culture strategies: Partner with clients to assess their current workplace culture and develop actionable strategies to align with their goals.
Lead change management initiatives: Guide organizations through the implementation of systems that improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics.
Design and facilitate training and workshops: Deliver engaging sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
Measure and optimize impact: Use data-driven approaches to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work directly with senior leaders to align cultural initiatives with business objectives, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Who might be a good fit
You might be a great fit for this role if you:
Have at least 5 years of experience, including management experience.
Have at least 2 years of experience in consulting in culture work, management, people, human resources, change management or related field.
Are skilled at developing and facilitating workshops, giving presentations, and working in client-facing roles.
Have a strategic mindset and the ability to design and execute plans that drive meaningful change.
Are passionate about creating workplace environments where employees and teams can thrive.
Are open to occasional travel within the U.S. to meet clients and deliver workshops.

If you have a proven track record of acquiring new clients or contributing to business growth, your skills will add significant value to this role. While not required, this experience could position you to play a dual role as both a culture consultant and a strategic partner in growing our impact, with bonus compensation provided accordingly.
Role details
Type: For the right candidate, we are open to both contractor or full-time employment.
Location: You can work remotely, but will travel to clients. Given the nature of this role, we have a strong preference for candidates from or around the Nashville (TN) or Birmingham (AL) areas.
Start date: As soon as possible
